L&GNSW sits within the NSW Department of Industry and is responsible for the regulation of liquor, gambling, and registered clubs in NSW. We take an innovative and agile approach to regulation, to foster vibrant, responsible and sustainable liquor and gaming industry development, balanced with minimising risk of alcohol-related and gambling harm in line with community expectations.
